Customer data & privacy

Purpose

We use your details only to take, fulfil and deliver your order.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, email and payment confirmation, plus the recipient's name, address, phone number and your gift message.

Who sees it

Only our courier partners and payment provider, and only as needed to complete your order.

No sharing for marketing

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their marketing.

Offers from us

We send offers on WhatsApp, email or Instagram only if you agree, and you can opt out at any time by telling us.

How long we keep it

Order records for 2 years, and longer only where tax or accounting rules require it.

Correction and deletion

Ask us at the grievance contact below to correct or delete your data. We will act on it within 15 days, except where the law requires us to keep a record.

Recipient details

By giving us a recipient's details, you confirm that you are entitled to share them with us for delivery, and that we may use them for that purpose only.

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing. The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp with a pre-written message; it is sent only when you press send there.

Grievance contact

For a complaint, a data request or a question about these terms, contact us via email or WhatsApp. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 7 days.
