Terms & Conditions

Order confirmation

An order is confirmed only after we receive your advance payment and confirm it in writing on email. Quotations are valid for 7 days. By paying the advance, you accept these Terms.

Payment

We accept UPI and bank transfer. Shipping price may change until your order is confirmed.

Delivery within Kolkata

We deliver across Kolkata and nearby areas with a delivery charge. Choose a delivery window when you book. If the recipient is unavailable, we try to reach them twice. After that, a re-delivery charge may apply, and perishable items cannot be replaced.

Outstation delivery

Outstation orders go by courier. We share the courier charge before you pay the advance. Delivery takes 3 to 7 working days after dispatch, so please order at least 10 days ahead. Courier delays outside our control are not grounds for a refund. Please record an unboxing video and send it within 24 hours if the parcel arrives damaged.

Customisation

Contents, gift messages and packaging can be changed until an order is placed. Branded or logo hampers need final artwork within 24 hours of placing the order. Charges extra.

Perishables

Perishable hampers are delivered within Kolkata and its nearby areas only. Consume perishable items within the shelf life printed on the pack and store them as the label instructs.

Substitutions

If an item is unavailable, we substitute an item of equal or higher value and tell you before dispatch.

Returns

Food items cannot be returned or exchanged, except for damaged, wrong items or a quality defect reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel within 24 hours of email confirmation. Advance paid is non-refundable.

Product representation

Catalogue images are indicative. Contents, colours and seasonal ingredients may vary slightly, subject to the substitution policy above.

Damaged or wrong items

Send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we will repair or replace the hamper.

Please share with your order

Recipient's name, full address and phone number; delivery date and time window; gift message; the occasion.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or non-delivery caused by events beyond our control, including heavy rain or flooding, bandhs, strikes, curfews, courier or supplier disruption and government orders. We will tell you as soon as we know and work with you on a revised date.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect loss, such as a missed event or occasion.

Your content

For logos, artwork and gift messages, you confirm that you have the right to use them. We may decline messages that are offensive or unlawful.

Gift privacy

We do not reveal the sender to the recipient without the sender's permission. On request, we leave prices off the packing slip.

Photos for marketing

We may photograph hampers for our catalogue and social media. We never show a recipient's name or address. Tell us at booking if you prefer we do not photograph your order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Kolkata have jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

The Terms in force on the date of your booking apply to your order.

Grievance contact

For a complaint, a data request or a question about these terms, contact us via email or WhatsApp. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 7 days.
